ORDERS & RETURNS

All prices on the website are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

As of 1 January 2018, UAE value added tax (VAT) at the rate of 5% will be applied to all items.

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. AMEX is only accepted for in-store purchases.

All bespoke, custom-made orders, advance orders, and orders of items not in stock are non-returnable.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship exclusively to GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar).

All jewelry shipments are insured and delivered via a trusted courier service. Upon order placement and processing, you will receive an email with a tracking number to trace your package’s delivery at your convenience.

Shipping duration depends on the item(s) ordered. Estimated lead-time can be viewed on the items’ individual pages. Custom orders may take 4-12 weeks for delivery.

For GCC orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs or duties imposed by their respective countries.

 

DAMAGED GOODS & REPAIR POLICY

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry and ensure each piece undergoes rigorous quality checks. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please adhere to the following protocol:

  1. In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged, you must report the issue within 3 days of delivery. Any claims made beyond this period will not be considered.To report a damaged item, email us at [email protected] with:

  1. Photographs of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

Please note:

  • Damages caused by mishandling, improper storage, or exposure to harsh conditions (e.g., chemicals, water, or physical impact) are not covered.
  • Repair services for such damages can be provided at an additional cost, subject to assessment.

REPAIR SERVICES

  • Manufacturing Defects: Should the damage be attributed to a manufacturing fault, we will offer complimentary repairs within six months of purchase.
  • Customer-Induced Damages: For damages resulting from mishandling, improper care, or accidents, repair services are available at a reasonable cost. An estimate will be provided after assessment.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPAIRS

  • Sending the Item:
    • Packaging: Secure the jewelry in its original packaging or a comparably protective alternative to prevent further damage during transit.
    • Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for shipping expenses when sending items to us for repair.
    • Insurance: We recommend insuring the package for its full value, as we are not liable for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.
  • Return of Repaired Items:
    • Shipping Costs: After the repair is completed, shipping costs for returning the item to you will be included in the repair estimate.
    • Delivery Method: We will dispatch the repaired item via our trusted courier service, ensuring it is insured and trackable.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • Care Guidelines: To maintain the integrity of your jewelry, please follow our recommended care instructions provided at the time of purchase.
  • Limitations: We reserve the right to decline repair services for items exhibiting excessive damage beyond repair or those altered by third parties.

By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient repair process, ensuring your treasured pieces are restored to their original splendor.

RESIZING & CLEANING

We offer resizing for most jewelry. Some items with intricate designs or unique dimensions may not be eligible for resizing. Please refer to our sizing chart for accurate measurements and provide the French equivalent of your size.

Cleaning services are available upon request.
