Delivery and Return Policy

 

  • ORDERS & RETURNS

    1. All prices on the website are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and US Dollars (USD). For customers ordering from outside the UAE, please factor in any currency exchange rate fluctuations.

    2. As of 1 January 2018, UAE value added tax ("VAT") at the rate of 5% will be applied to all items.

    3. For payment, we accept major credit cards and bank transfers. AMEX is only accepted for in-store purchases.

    4. All bespoke, custom-made orders, advance orders and orders of items not in stock are non-returnable.

  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    1. We ship worldwide.

    2. All of our jewelry shipments are insured and delivered to you via FedEx. Upon order placement and processing, you will be notified by email with your shipping tracking number to trace your package’s delivery at your convenience.

    3. Shipping duration depends on the item(s) ordered. Estimated lead-time can be viewed on the items’ individual pages. Custom orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for delivery.

    4. For all international orders, the customer assumes responsibility for all custom/import charges applicable to their country.


  • RESIZING & CLEANING

    1. We offer re-sizing of most of our jewelry. Some items are difficult to resize given the intricate designs and overall dimensions of the piece. We encourage you to view our sizing chart, and provide us the French equivalent of your size for more accuracy.
